Happy New Year from Grace Valley Farms

Happy New Year 2014!

 We were greeted this morning by a beautiful layer of fresh snow!

The snow was wet and stuck to the plants and trees.

 Ruger and the rest of our dogs enjoyed playing in the snow.

 The cows were busy eating on their alfalfa bale. We are expecting six calves in the spring time!

I'm looking at your latest snow photos as we in the Mid-Atlantic area are waiting for the first major snowstorm of the season. I noticed that a few of the sheep, like Garnet, are without jackets--why is that?
